Autism, Advocacy, and Intervention (AAI) is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a part time/full-time Registered Behavior Technician. We are seeking individuals with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, who also has a strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, as our clients' needs may require schedule changes on short notice. Reliability and consistency in attendance is crucial in this role. As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for individuals who are motivated to grow as professionals and who are interested in pursuing a supervisory role in the future.

In this role, the Registered Behavior Technician will use clinical knowledge and skills to implement evidence-based treatment plans, one-on-one instruction, and interventions for autistic clients. Upon hire, you will be expected to maintain a regular, reliable, and predictable attendance schedule, while understanding the possible impact of client cancellations and changes.
