Providing Early Intervention and Applied Behavior Analysis in Northern California and the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont
Name: Erin, MA, BCBA
Position: Director of Telehealth
I have collectively over 10+ years of ABA training and experience within home, clinic, school, and community settings. I received my Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and obtained my BCBA credentials in May of 2019. My most recent experience and interests have been within early intervention and intensive verbal behavior practices.
What led me to AAI was their mission to disseminate ABA treatment to rural communities that have a significant shortage in available services. Additionally, their values and approaches align with mine, as they believe learning should be individualized, fun, engaging, and natural.
What means the most to me about this kind of work is the ability to observe and be a part of the changes that result in an improved quality of life for individuals and their families. There is nothing more rewarding at the end of each day than seeing an individual making positive gains as a clear result of their family and behavioral staff's collaborative efforts.
I appreciate the positive and supportive culture that AAI has created for both their clients and employees, even from a distance! AAI's dedication and mission to adhere to a healthy work-life balance is incomparable to any other ABA agency. Truly, the best!
Tiffany, M.S., BCBA
Director AAI Vermont
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst (VT), I obtained a Bachelors in Psychology from Suffolk University in 2008 and a Masters in Behavior Analysis from Simmons University in 2014. In my professional experience I have worked with a wide variety of different populations including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Developmental Disabilities, and various mental health backgrounds. In my free time I like to spend time outside, read, and try out new recipes.
I came to AAI, and back home to Vermont, after living and working in the Boston area for around 15 years. I was drawn to AAI when I learned about the company's dedication to providing exemplary services to people living in rural areas.
I have worked with people from all age groups and enjoy working with children and their families. Providing ABA services to children is fun, interactive, and rewarding on a daily basis.
I am most appreciative of the high quality of services we provide and of the amazing staff who make those services possible.
Meet AAI's Directors
Position: Director AAI California
I grew up in Lake County and will forever be in love with the beauty that surrounds this area. I have two boys that are the light of my life, and all of my interests involve them. We spend our free time outdoors as much as we can- often going to the beach or hiking somewhere local. Since beginning work with AAI in 2017, I have earned my Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, and am certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
I had the opportunity to meet Brian and become familiar with the work that AAI was beginning to provide within Lake County when they first started up. AAI has a mission to provide quality, collaborative support to families in rural communities. This is the work that I was drawn to become a part of; work that is meaningful and, more importantly, very needed in our area and in so many other places.
This work is truly humbling to do. To be one member of a whole, community-based team coming together to support a child in achieving milestones and developing more and more independence and skill sets is a beautiful thing. This is the kind of work that I am excited to wake up every morning and jump into.
I appreciate my team. Every day is a new opportunity to learn and grow together. I also appreciate the ample opportunities for an individual to grow- both personally and professionally.
